Conclusion & Result



Toyota addressed environment, social capital, business model and innovation, leadership and governance for the material ESG issues. Toyota's sustainability strategy met most of the GRI guidelines including stakeholder inclusiveness, completeness, timeless and clarity; it can make more development by improve the materiality and balance. Toyota created shared value by three ways -- reconceiving products and markets, redefining productivity in value chain and enabling local cluster development. After our research and analysis, we made a conclusion that Toyota's sustainability strategy is driving innovation.  Adapting sustainability has been Toyota's core value which encourages and brings out more innovation.
